Arise Wan

is a self-taught visual artist and professional architect who seamlessly bridges art and science through intricate hand illustrations and advanced 3D visualizations. Drawing inspiration from humanity's future, emerging technologies, and space exploration, her work blurs the line between fact and fiction. As an artist influenced by Japanese manga and Da Vinci’s genius, she has brought her vivid imagination to life through detailed hand sketches since 1995. In her architectural practice, she designs various projects, including airports, resorts, offices, and apartment complexes, alongside visionary concepts like futuristic starships and outer space research facilities for EU affiliations. Her recent artwork, Engines of Eternity, created in collaboration with the SEADS network, was exhibited at European Space Agency (ESA) Open Day 2024, in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Arise’s ultimate vision is to inspire innovation, curiosity, and wonder by integrating creativity and science in transformative ways to shape the future.
